One definition per KPI

Every KPI has its definition and its formula written down, so the whole team reads the same figure the same way. Where there's more than one way to calculate it, like Occ with or without OOO, you choose your hotel's and it's recorded.

  1. Occ

Rooms sold ÷ rooms available × 100. With or without OOO: you choose.

  2. ADR

    Room revenue ÷ rooms sold.

  3. RevPAR

    Room revenue ÷ rooms available.

  4. TRevPAR

Total hotel revenue ÷ rooms available.
