2. Purpose

The purpose of this website is to present Holdera, a proprietary software program for managing a hotel's operations —room status and cleaning, arrivals and departures, occupancy and revenue, with every figure linked to the record it comes from—, and to make it easy to contact the company. The site also gives access to a demo dashboard, free and open to consult, which shows that product with data from a fictitious hotel that does not correspond to any real establishment.

Access to the site is free of charge. Browsing it makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this legal notice in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask you not to use the site.

Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities contrary to good faith or public order, or to damage, disable or overload the systems of Holdera or of third parties.

The processing of the data you provide through the contact form is governed by the privacy policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, illustrations, animations and other content of this site are the property of Holdera or are used under licence from their owners, and are protected by Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express written authorisation of Holdera, except for private viewing. The name «Holdera» and its logo are distinctive signs of the company.

This site does not display third-party logos or trademarks. Where categories of hotel systems are mentioned —PMS, POS, booking engine, channel manager— this is done generically: Holdera does not claim to have an integration, agreement or commercial relationship with any specific manufacturer.

4. Liability

Holdera endeavours to ensure that the information published is correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the content corresponds at all times to the reality of its services. The content is for information purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer: the terms of each project are agreed in writing with each client.

Holdera does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site or the absence of viruses or other elements that may alter the user's equipment, and is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from the inability to access it, except where the law provides otherwise.

The demo dashboard accessible from this website shows Holdera's product with demo data from a fictitious hotel, frozen at a fixed moment. The figures shown in it do not correspond to any real establishment or to any client. It does not store any information in the visitor's browser; see the cookies section of the privacy policy.

This site may contain links to third-party pages (for example, to the websites of the technologies we integrate or to social media profiles). Holdera does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies or how they work, and their inclusion does not imply recommendation or approval.
