Holdera is not required to appoint a data protection officer. For any question about your data you can write to us at the email address given.
2. What data we process
Only the data you give us when you fill in the contact form:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- The message in which you tell us what you would like to see on a screen, with whatever information you decide to include in it.
- The consent tick and the date and time it was sent.
We do not ask for or need special categories of data (health, beliefs, affiliation…). Please do not include them in your message. If you write to us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media, we will process the data you yourself provide through that channel, for the same purpose and on the same terms.
This site does not collect browsing data or build profiles: it uses no analytics tools or tracking cookies (see section 8).
3. Purpose
To deal with your enquiry: read it, reply to you and, if you wish, arrange a call or a meeting to talk about your project. We will not use your data to send you advertising or for anything other than what you have asked us for, unless you later expressly authorise us to do so.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you give us by ticking the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing.
If the enquiry leads to a collaboration agreement, any subsequent processing will be based on the performance of that contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and will be governed by it.
5. Retention
We keep the form data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, twelve months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship begins in the meantime or there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer. After that period we delete it.
6. Recipients
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. The technical providers we use may access it, as data processors and solely to provide the service:
- This website's hosting provider: Hostinger.
If any of those providers is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by adequacy decisions or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: correct any that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it.
- Objection: object to the processing.
- Restriction: ask us only to keep it, without using it, while a complaint is resolved.
- Portability: receive it in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
How to exercise them
Write to us at info@holdera.es stating which right you wish to exercise and, if needed to identify you, from the same email address you contacted us with. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change the way we process your data, we will update this page and state the date of the new version at the top. If the change affects data you had already given us, we will let you know by email.
