Before you write

Three things that help us.

You don't need to have it all figured out. But if you can tell us this, our first reply will already be specific.

  1. How many rooms the hotel has

    And how many floors, if you know. «68 rooms on four floors» is already a perfect description: with that we know how your building will look on screen.

  2. What your PMS exports, how often

    You don't need to know the format. If you tell us that today you pull an arrivals list every morning and an end-of-day close every night, we already know where to start.

  3. The figure you check daily

    And where you get it from now: a spreadsheet, an email, the PMS screen. That's what tells us whether that figure can be linked to its source record or not.
